Our Wedding Catering Service
Your wedding day should be unmistakeably yours – it’s your day, your guests and your atmosphere. We get that – and you can relax knowing that the menus we suggest will perfectly complement your wedding day. Whatever you have in mind, we can run with.
We love working with the best local suppliers, serving up dishes that reflect our Cornish heritage, but which also build on our culinary experiences from across the world. Every menu is thoughtfully designed around you, your tastes, your guests, and the way you want the day to flow. Whether that means elegant formal dining, a hog roast or something totally unexpected, we’ll serve food made with outstanding ingredients, so your celebration is personal and genuinely memorable.

Commonly Asked Questions
1. Do I need to provide a catering tent or kitchen?
This really depends on your menu and venue. For most marquee weddings, a catering tent is often supplied with electricity. However, if you are opting for a cold buffet, this may not be necessary. We also have trailer and gazebo options that can provide our own catering space or additional catering space if your venue or marquee needs it. Tell us about your setup and we’ll advise on exactly what’s needed.
2. Do I need to hire kitchen equipment?
No, we include all kitchen equipment hire within our quotes. It’s always helpful to know the details of your venue so we can work with what’s already on site and keep your costs as low as possible. The more we know, the better we can plan.
3. Do you provide service staff?
Yes. We have a full team of experienced front-of-house staff. As well as food service, we can set up and serve your reception drinks, place wine and water on tables, replenish throughout the meal, pour a toast if required, and assist with clearing and moving tables ready for your evening party. We can also include portioning and serving your wedding cake if needed.
4. Do you Provide Evening Food Options?
Yes, we have some brilliant options to keep the party going. From hot Cornish pasties and giant cheese boards to street food, ice cream and more. Evening food is quoted separately, so just let us know if you’d like to include it and we’ll suggest a few options that fit your style and budget.
5. Do you provide a bar or bar staff?
This isn’t our core offer, but please contact us with your requirements and we can work through the best options for you. We have good relationships with local suppliers and can point you in the right direction if a bar solution is needed.
6. Can we choose our own menu?
Yes, and this is something we genuinely enjoy. We don’t work from a fixed list. Our sample menus give you a starting point, but we much prefer to sit down (or get on a call) and build something around you, your tastes, your venue, your style of day, your budget. If there’s a dish that means something to you, a cuisine you love, or a food experience you want to recreate - tell us your story and we’ll work with it.
7. What menus can we see as examples?
We have three sample menus available on this page to give you a sense of what we can create:
- Knife & Fork — a relaxed, serve-yourself buffet
- Feast — generous sharing food brought to the tables
- 3-Course — a more formal, plated dining experience
These are a glimpse only, they don’t represent the full range of what we can offer. For a complete picture, request our full wedding brochure and we’ll send it straight over.
8. How far in advance should we book?
For peak season dates (April to October), we recommend booking as early as possible — popular Saturdays can go a year or more in advance. That said, it’s always worth getting in touch whatever your timescale, as we do sometimes have availability at shorter notice. Don’t assume a date is gone before you’ve asked.
9. Can you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?
Absolutely. We take dietary requirements seriously and every guest matters to us. We routinely cater for:
- Vegetarian and vegan guests with full, considered menu options, not an afterthought
- Gluten-free and coeliac requirements
- Dairy-free and lactose intolerance
- Nut allergies, including severe/anaphylactic cases
- Halal and Kosher requirements, please discuss at enquiry stage
- Other named allergens covered under the 14 major UK allergens
All our food comes with full allergen information. For larger events and corporate bookings, written allergen documentation is provided as standard. We ask that you share dietary details with us in advance so we can plan carefully, the more notice, the better. Nothing is too much trouble.
10. How do we get the conversation started?
Fill in the short form on this page with a few details about your day even if everything is still vague at this stage, that’s absolutely fine. We’ll come back to you with some sample menus and pricing options, and we can take it from there. Alternatively, book a discovery call and we’ll chat it through properly.
