Big Pans, Bold Flavours
Our Festival Style Catering Service
Sometimes, the best experiences are built around great food, served generously, with a sense of theatre and energy that brings people together. Our festival-style catering is designed for exactly that.
We specialise in producing high-quality food for large numbers without compromising on flavour or presentation. Every dish is designed to be served efficiently and enjoyed immediately.
Think
Generous pans of saffron-rich paella, cooked fresh on site
Loaded fries with bold, layered toppings
Smash burgers, hot off the grill
Slow-cooked hog roasts with all the accompaniments
Delicious BBQs with a casual vibe
This is food people recognise and love, elevated through quality ingredients, careful preparation and perfect execution.
Festival-style catering might feel informal, but it requires precision behind the scenes. Our team is highly experienced in delivering large-scale events where timing, flow and consistency matter as much as the tastes and flavours.

Commonly Asked Questions
Our street food offer covers two distinct services: our food truck/trailer — a festival-style queue experience — and our Big Pans, a hearty one-pot setup perfect for casual events. Both are relaxed, social and delicious.
1. What’s the difference between the food truck and the big pans?
Great question! They suit different occasions:
- Food Truck / Trailer — guests queue at the hatch and choose from our menu, festival style. We have four menu options available for you to choose from before your day. Service is rolling over a two-hour window, which works brilliantly for casual events where not everyone eats at the same time. We also have four options that are on platters for the tables, that you would need to allocate guests to come to the trailer and collect for the table. This helps save on service costs, we can of course quote for service if preferred.
- Big Pans — one-pot cooking at its best. We have an array of options, all designed for comfort, flavour and volume. More suited to events where you’d like guests to eat together or at a similar time
Not sure which suits your event? Tell us the format and we’ll advise.
2. Does it come on serving platters?
Standard delivery is in craft cardboard boxes, practical, presentable and disposable. If you’d prefer your buffet presented on china platters or wooden boards, ask us about our styling upgrades. Reusable items are collected after your event.
3. Do you deliver canapé platters?
Yes. Canapé platters are a popular choice for parties, drinks receptions and pre-dinner gatherings. We prepare and deliver them ready to serve, ideal when you want something impressive but easy to manage yourself. Platters are a set per-item price; get in touch and we’ll put together a quote based on your numbers and occasion.
4. What about linen, plates and styling. Do you provide those?
Our delivered buffets cover the food only, table linen, napkins, plates and styling are yours to arrange. This keeps things flexible and lets you match the presentation to your event. If you want food presented on our platters rather than in boxes, that’s the styling upgrade mentioned above.
5. How much notice do you need?
As much as possible is always appreciated, but we’re used to working to shorter timescales. Get in touch as soon as you know what you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
6. What menus can we see as examples?
We have three sample menus available on this page to give you a sense of what we can create:
- Knife & Fork — a relaxed, serve-yourself buffet
- Feast — generous sharing food brought to the tables
- 3-Course — a more formal, plated dining experience
These are a glimpse only, they don’t represent the full range of what we can offer on each menu. For a complete picture, request our full wedding brochure and we’ll send it straight over.
