Our Private Dining Service
Our clients choose private dining for the moments it creates. It is about gathering people you care about, in a place that feels comfortable and familiar, and enjoying beautiful food and conversations without the distractions of a busy restaurant or the pressure of hosting.
It allows time to slow down. Talk and laughter flow more easily. The meal unfolds at the right pace, shaped around the people at the table, the season, and the atmosphere you want to create. Whether it is a long, leisurely lunch, an intimate supper, or a special celebration, private dining brings a sense of ease and generosity to the occasion.
With everything thoughtfully taken care of, from planning the menu through to cooking and service, you are free to be present with your guests. No rushing, no stress, just good food, good company and a relaxed, joyful experience that lingers long after the plates are cleared.
Every private dining experience starts with you, from the style of food and flow of the meal to dietary needs and service on the day. We can deliver anything from elegant multi-course dining to relaxed sharing menus, always with calm, professional service that allows you (and your guests) to enjoy a special event.

Commonly Asked Questions
1. Will you come to us, wherever we are?
Yes. We cater at private homes, holiday cottages, rental properties and more. If you’re not sure what facilities your venue has, don’t worry, just share what you know and we’ll either work with what’s there or bring what’s needed. Nothing is unsurmountable with a little advance notice.
2. Will you cater for just two of us?
Yes, absolutely. Private dining is exactly that, private and personal. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two or a larger gathering, we’ll create the same quality experience. Please get in touch to discuss numbers and we’ll advise on the best options.
3. What are the different service styles available?
We offer three private dining options:
- Plated Service — a restaurant-quality experience with courses served to the table
- Family Feasting — generous sharing dishes brought to the table for guests to enjoy together
- Oven Ready — beautifully prepared dishes delivered to you, ready to finish in your own oven at the time that suits you
Each option can be tailored around your menu preferences, occasion and budget.
4. Can you feed the children first?
Of course. We’re well used to catering for mixed-age groups and are happy to time children’s food earlier in the evening so the adults can relax and enjoy their meal. Just let us know when you enquire and we’ll plan around it.
5. Can different guests have different menu choices?
Yes. We can accommodate individual choices within a group, whether that’s a different main course, an adjusted dish or a completely separate menu for a guest with specific requirements. The more detail you give us in advance, the smoother the evening will be.
6. What do you need to know about our venue or location?
Any information about the facilities on site is genuinely useful, kitchen size, oven availability, parking, access routes and any steps or accessibility considerations. We will always find a way to make it work, but knowing in advance means we arrive fully prepared. Parking in particular can catch people out if it’s limited, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
7. How much does private dining cost?
Pricing is available on request as it varies depending on guest numbers, menu choice, location and style of service. Get in touch with your ideas — however rough — and we’ll come back to you with options and a price range.
8. Can you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?
Absolutely. We take dietary requirements seriously and every guest matters to us. We routinely cater for:
- Vegetarian and vegan guests with full, considered menu options, not an afterthought
- Gluten-free and coeliac requirements
- Dairy-free and lactose intolerance
- Nut allergies, including severe/anaphylactic cases
- Halal and Kosher requirements, please discuss at enquiry stage
- Other named allergens covered under the 14 major UK allergens
All our food comes with full allergen information. For larger events and corporate bookings, written allergen documentation is provided as standard. We ask that you share dietary details with us in advance so we can plan carefully, the more notice, the better. Nothing is too much trouble.
